So i feel that 
may be getting a nerf at some point. He is popular RN and a strong ADC as well, because he is THAT popular he may be getting a small nerf. By small i mean base damage on his Q going down or mana costs going up idk. I RLY hope that they will NOT do this because i am a lucian MAIN(i have about 80K champion points on him) and i don't want him to get a small nerf just because he is popular.

After lucian goes in with E leo has an EZ E-Q combo on him and can gain more tank + the sunlight. Lucian is one of the squishiest ADCs out there(not THE but one of) so the sunlight will fuck him over hard.

Hencho1011 votesoh yay doing the lucian nerf that killed him back in S4~ that will work well -_- now i'm going to have to find another ADC that can act make plays and can outplay and not just rightclick like EVERY other ADC i EVER play. Like only casters get nerfs NO ONE else adn thats what i love to play
