Apparently we cant have him actually excel at harassing so he can farm which his entire kit is dependent on due to his non existent hp/level.

Meanwhile Riven is laughing all the way to diamond as yet another of her counters are getting nerfed.

  • B-b-but Sion scales well! / And has some of the HARDEST spells to land correctly in the champion roster of LOL, also his e scales with ap ...
  • B-b-but it has such a high base damage! / And is COMPLETELY reliant of you accepting the fact that he gets to launch a minion at you, you can approach him face2face since he is actually a pretty bad duelist if you dodge his q. But we cant have him snipe off an adc with the precision of a thousand Simon Häyhä's and actually getting rewarded for it now can we.

Yeah why the nerf to E? It was such a nice mechanic and SOOOO rewarding to snipe somebody for that final bit of life they thought they got away with. And it takes lane minions no less. Q__Q

Because Sion is being uninteractive with his constant E spam.

No real surprise actually because he's a Tank. It's like Riot doesn't actually hate tanks, but hate the wet noodle fight that ensues.

I think Sion is pretty balanced. He can be a monster with the right person playing him, but that's no different from any of the other champs.

Ever since the mana cost nerf (I think like, the second or third nerf to his E) I've switched out to maxing Q first and E last. This changes my build too, as I used to build him full tank, but now I have to rush a hydra to make his kit work. I love how Riot is basically taking away his only defence against ap casters in the top lane. As if there aren't enough options for champions up there who counter them.

That said, AD bruiser Sion's pretty good. Just super risky.
