Riots ranking system

I know its not just me but who else thinks riot needs to fix their ranking system? I win 5 out of 5 ranked games in provisionals and end up in bronze 5. waste of time. Now everybody says its easy to climb out of bronze but yet i get matched up with feeders and people who DC. I lose 20 LP for that. Then when I have a good game i get 15 LP. I think anyone with common sense knows that that makes no sense at all. I just want to know if theres anyway to contact riot to let them know cause whoever created that grading system probably needs to find a different career path.

Or use google and understand how the reset worked. 10-0 or 0-10 same difference for your rank. Placements gave you mmr not actual placement.
