Rotating Game Mode Question

Hi Riot, I just have a quick question regarding the rotating game mode system.

How long will it last? or will it go on throughout the remainder of league?

I personally think this is a great way to bring fun back in the game. I enjoy league but it's been overly competitive and way too punishing to build fun builds since I lost my baby top lane ap rammus with homeguard tp at 12 mins, and this will be a great refresher and give some variety to the game. But I am genuinely curious if the rotating game modes are just a temporary system or a from-now-on thing?

I'm sure like other things, this will depend on the popularity. They even said they might extend the length of the rotating queues past the weekend if they are popular enough.

they said urf will appear twice this year

I dont know why you said that here, yes they said URF will show up at least 2x this year, I can say it also sucks that instead of ~14 days we are going to get ~5 days of urf (4pm friday rounded to half a day)
