Ranked system is not very effective

recently i have been playing a lot of ranked, but i cant seem to get any higher, **and before "YOU SAY "IF YOU ARE STUCK IN A RANK YOUR MEANT TO BE THERE" comment ** i have a few words to say. there is many problems with the rank system in the current state.

-first of all its marking your teams performance not your own, and i know its a team game but you losing LP for someone feeding on your team is not fair witch means you could be losing LP for not even doing anything wrong

-second some times you gain very little LP from winning matches than you lose one and its all of the LP you just earned on those couple games are gone

-thirdly champion select, at this point in the game people have way to much power in champion select

All you have to do to get the role you want is say (your role) or feed or you can just auto lock, and the replacement for the tribunal doesn't work at all, almost all of the time people can get away with any repercussions since it takes multiple people for the report to actually punish some one and it's a light punishment any way. its like people can get away with feeding,trolling, auto locking and everything else making it very hard to get out of low elo, the way the ranked system is set up now just punishes the average player wanting just to play some ranked and helps the trolls, and feeders do what ever they want
