Will Red Baron Corki Ever Be Changed?

After messing around with the hextech crafting system I re-rolled some of my and got a permanent red baron Corki skin shard. I do not own Corki so the skin is sitting in my inventory. I have seen many other posts about how this legendary doesn't change anything other than model. I was wondering if i should disenchant the shard for the essence or if this skin has any rarity and has the possibility of riot adding new animations to it or changing some particles for the abilities

Thanks for the advice,
