Shen Rework and New skin

I've been a long time Shen player. He was actually my first champion! Not a lot of people take the time to recognize shen and his importance in the game. I ask that there be some rework done to him. His ult tends to cancel out if hit by an enemy teammate and also the cooldown is too long, considering that he needs it to actually have some relevance to the game. Also his tankiness has been nuked so many times his abilities are really his only ally! However I can get past all that if you can do some rework on his energy consumption. Even with Akali and Kennen I'm about to use my abilities in much needed situations but with shen one taunt means I'm dead. Maybe I'm being dumb with all of it but I really like to see some Shen rework since he hasn't had some time in the spotlight. Also some new skins have been coming out and I was wondering if you toss Shen a skin. I'm not asking for an ultimate or legendary but something that people would excited about and want to play him. I mean, even when he is free I never see him played.
