Do you ever get the feeling too many champions revolve around luck?

I am speaking specifically of champions like , who does the same thing every game. Absolutely no strategic choices to her kit, she just blindly will teleport into a team and spam her ult. If somebody has CC, she'll die, if its on cooldown, you'll die. She seems like a very polarizing and lazy champion. Riot did have the chance to change her but opted to keep the same concept while empowering her with added mobility and not much more then that. Despite this, she is still a very brainless and strategically limited champion.

She will however, get a massive reward just for one lucky play when other champions take decidedly more skill to play and reward much less for being harder.

There are other countless examples of champions that are essentially very polarazing in playstyle and very lazy and luck based. , , , , ect. These champions seem to be built entirely around a singular "gimmick" that is very luck based.
