Kennen Q update

So I started playing Kennen again recently and I've realized his laning is pretty bad so thought of a way that would help and that is making it so his Q goes through minions but each one it goes through cuts the Q Dmg by 10% for the next target and so on down to a minimum of 50% dmg or if it goes through even one minion it goes right down to 50% but it always stops on the first champion it hits this would give his lane a bit more poke well keeping his late game unchanged let me know what all you guys think :)
