[Suggestion] Could there be an option to center the camera in semi-locked mode

Currently, when the camera is locked in Semi-Locked mode, the camera center button (spacebar, by default) does nothing. Could it be made to center the camera, as was detailed in the 7.23 patch notes bug fixes section?

I understand this was removed due to people holding their spacebar to stay warm in the winter to lock their camera instead of pressing [y] or binding the lock/unlock button to spacebar, but this would only happen if the camera is already locked, giving the best of both options.

Alternatively, maybe put this functionality under the F1-5 keys, as there are currently no ways to center your camera.
