Rate my Udyr(Jungle) build.

So I have recently started maining Udyr I am still unranked so I plan to use him while he can hold up on his own. I have been building a build for him just to see how it will operate I want to read your thoughts on my build.

Dead Man's Plate - Dreadnought and Crushing Blow when I leave jungle and attack. Trinity Force - I have found it to be a necessary part of every udyr build. Stalker's Blade + Whatever Enchantment will work best at that moment - Stalker gives the chilling sprite which helps slow my opponent. Frozen Mallet - Slow my opponents & Refreshes it's effect with every hit. Spirit Visage (Thinking about swapping) - Gives me more health & allows health regaining effects such as life steal to give me more health. Titanic Hydra - Spread damage which pairs well with tiger and improves phoenix even more. Also, 40+10% of my health added to cleves damage which with all the health gaining items makes it quite deadly.
