Gangplanks barrels are just, magnificent. I just 1v1'da yi and all I had to was run to my bush and q my barrel. Oh course that wasnt enough but my oranges made everything K.

His barrels aren't supposed to be godlike, they're supposed to be legendary. Legendary requires 8 kills without dying, godlike requires 7.

For my money, yes, because they can be easily shut down by a well-timed AA, and there's a significant cooldown between barrels, they have clear windows of power.
