Riot any plans to make jarvan fun again

i agree to to nerfs jarvan got as he was too strong but they messed up the flag mechanics it was much better before, now the range is too short to even get it done properly. I am not a pro ranked player but it hurts to play him from casual player point of view. I would request riot to at least make the flag mechanics as it was
