Don't we all get free 400 RP?
What happened to free 400 RP which were supporsed to be given to all new players? I am level 10 now and i still didn't get my free Riot Points..

Timethief492 votesyou should get a premium hextech chest with some starting champs and a skin. They stopped the 400rp when hextech crafting came out.
