@RIOT, you don't do enough to protect your players!

So, I've playing this game for several years now and I've watched as the game progresses to punish those that afk during a game and yet do absolutely nothing to punish those that are toxic, that intentionally feed, that autolock... The fact the lock button still exits in solo queue puzzles me as it only ever cause problems. In maybe every 50 games all 10 players lock and thus you gain a few seconds, but in every five games you get someone that was left with support and doesn't want to do it, so what this person does? They autolock... Now, RIOT will say that that is fine, but I am sorry, that starts the game at a horrible pace already, it starts with at least one other player extremely irritated. If that autolocker proceeds to feed as it seems to have at least 80 % of the time, the entire team gets irritated. This is a game, it is supposed to be fun and it is RIOT's responsibility to keep the game fun, to protect those players that have fun by playing the game instead of by screwing the game. Instead what you get is punishment for AFKing, but nothing is done to those that feed, troll, etc. I understand it is harder to supervise that, that you can't atomate the process, but it is still RIOTs obligation to protect the players. Twice I got the AFK Queue restriction because I AFKed and I am fine with that, I shouldn't AFK, I understand that. What I would like to know though, is that those that caused me to AFK were punished in anyway, and in all honesty, I don't think they are. I don't think RIOT cares as long as enough people keep playing, be them troll or not.
TLDR, RIOT... Show us that you do punish those summoners that do other things besides AFKing, because all we know currently is that you have your automated system and that only flags those that use bad words and those that leave... It is not enough. People leave during a game if the game turns from being fun to being stressful and while I put part of the blame for the players behavior in game on the players, I also put part of that blame on a company that is not transparent enough on how they work to punish those other improper behavior. Unless nothing is exactly what you do.
