More time in champ select

Just asking for like a minute after last pick so my team can discuss whatever we need to before the game, change masteries, decide on summoner spells. Its happens so often that im last pick, still deciding what im going to play and have to decide whether im going to try for tank or damage builds and i get in game and my mastery pages are missing something or they just aren't set up right. 20 seconds is too short.
