So now that Dynamic Queue's harsher restrictions are in place, will Ranked Teams come back?

When Dynamic Queue was released, Ranked Teams (5's) was removed. Dynamic queue was seen as a suitable replacement since friends could still queue with one another, given the limitation of being within two tiers of each other. This was a reasonable replacement for Ranked 5's.

However, with these newer restrictions on Diamond players, making a coordinated queue (or dubbed "ranked 5's") is almost completely out of the question. Finding five players who will be within 2 divisions of each other AND continuing to stay within two divisions of each other as they play together is a huge issue. Any circulating ideas or reassurances out there? Would love a Riot response!
