So how did this item Sanguine Blade made to live servers? we just got rid of spear of shojin and in change this abomination is made?

Its not even good in most instances.

By the time its completed, lane phase should be over or very close to over.

It comes off to me as a Jungler item, or a "Hi, im Tryndamere/Olaf and I wanna solo Baron at 20mins" item.

Try quinn top with it u will see,twitch jungle is pretty strong too, i suppose it would work great with jayce too there are a lot of potential abusers of this item

That item needs a large nerf. That attack speed bonus is crazy strong.
