Is ADC ever going to be addressed?

There's literally only 3 adc champions above 50% win rate in challenger in the last month according to op.gg. 3 CHAMPIONS FOR AN ENTIRE ROLE. It's already the smallest champion pool of any role and literally every time you play anyone besides lucian, jhin, sivir in bot lane there's just no chance at creating a win, you are just a passenger hoping your team wins for you. Maybe it's less of a problem in lower elo but at my elo I'm just at the point where i'd rather quit than play 3 champions for my favorite role lol.

Clearly someone did not read patch notes.

They would have had an easier time nerfing lucian, Reducing Jhin's passive movement speed to 4% base down from 10% and hitting Kai'sa again but here we are buffing like half of the ADCs damage.

That's how it always is even when ADC was the most powerful role in the game it's always like that. Marksman are a class that is solely about damage and utility is almost meaningless. Because of this the best 2-5 ADCs at abusing the current itemization are always the only thing that's "good"

You want that too change. You need damage nerfs and utility buffs and more counterplay then burst or be burst. IE meaningful Cooldown skillshots ectect.
