I think this champ will be like Zoe , super owerpowerd and it will break the game unless rito nerfs him.But we all know that people will play him alot and rito will release a lot of skins for him and not nerf him at all, because they just want money (we all do.....).

GLHF Rito for the love of God please dont release him. Thank you (i know they wont give a f^$#k about this discussion but lets hope they nerf him).

Neeko isn't over powered though, Zoe would've been a good example but Neeko's like, the worse version of lux lol

Zoe's gonna one-shot you from across the map, Neeko's got some defined weaknesses and her W is utility, Zoe's steals summoners lol

I actually don't think that Sylas's ult is going to be broken. Let's suppose that ALL it does is take the mechanism of the stolen ult, no additional scaling or anything.

Sylas might not have the right numbers to make particularly good use of it.
The Sylas player will never have a reliable ult of his own. He will constantly be trying to figure out what he can do with whatever he can nab that game. That's both a high burden of knowledge and a high cognitive load on the Sylas player.

High burden and Cognitive load is entirely my style. I am really excited for this release. More so then I have ages. Neeko is fine and all, but the simplicity and ease of her kit bored me. She may have a pretty decent ceiling but her floors super low.

There is ZERO ways this guy can go live like this.

His sticking power is stupid. His passive does SOO much damage (also not that this is with Runes being bugged at least for me and Im stuck with Arcane Comet, I would run Conqueror because it makes all his AOE damage 100% heals with item 3146 and he is melee so it refreshes )

650 AP is probably more the average build but I run no boots and have 839 AP with Darius Ult that adds 249 damage foe his Ult 1098 max damage

His E is a Luc/Graves dash (not through walls) then a Naut Q pull and stun. His W is a Talon Q dash so he has 3 ways to stick to you. Oh and his E shield is over 900 for 2s on a 6s CD

He Converts Non-Hybrid AD ratios to AP and gets 0.5 AP : 1 AD and 0.4 AP : 1 tAD

Now sure how that all works but Vs Veigar running 839 AP stealing his ult does +1258 damage
