has she really not been in a free rotation yet? I guess I don't pay that much attention to the rotation then
Taliyah hasn't been in rotation ever since her release rotation.
if I didn't overlook something
This case is similar to old yorick I think Taliyah is just too hard to play at the begin so they don't bring her into rotation.
She was free 1 time (a few weeks after her release).
