Idk if its just my lack of experience with her, but I feel like she has a weak early game because her W has such a long CD and her team fight late game isn't that good either. I feel like her burst is pretty weak compared to most other champs, and she doesn't have any large advantages against anyone she counters. Thoughts?

LeBlanc is more stronger in this preseason than she was in s7 cause of new runes.Electrocute and sudden impact gave her more power.She is strong that is for sure i main her but in late game she cant do much in team fight except taking someone who walks solo without his team.Its hard to play against zoe but i always win lane (dk for game tho...). As riot said she will get another rework in mid january,you can read more about that on LeBlanc reddit page.Also you have to practice LeBlanc a lot to be good with her
Leblanc early game should be strong LOL.
Most people have the problem mid to late with Leblanc they feel useless because of the 1.5 secs it is really hard to kill som1 in that time before you get killed.
my own opinion is that Leblanc is high-risk low-reward atm. no wonder they will rework her again :)

She's playable and she has a solid 51% winrate according to league of graphs in diamond+.If you are good on her you can make her work easily
As long as you build Gunblade, yes.
Her birst is so delayed you end up dying before you can kill the adc
I play Leblanc often and she's very viable. She has high burst and high mobility so you can really kill anyone who is squishy. She is tricky to play late game, but if you can go in at the right time she works perfectly.

Her laning phase is tricky and all about outplaying, so it's mostly you.
The hardest thing about her is cs'ing lol can't hit any minions with her xD
She's fine, in all elos if you have enough knowledge. Coming from someone in gold so definetly not only high elo
