I CANNOT, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, WORK
due to positioning, soldier movement, good ults etc.
his ult on quickcast apparently is annoyingly hard to get right
his ult can win or lose you the game.
The most frustrating thing is screwing up a Rumble ult because you forgot R was quick casted.

for me as well. So much shit to do with her kit that I just get confused.

champion when well played can be impressive :

Probably has to be Nidalee or Riven for me. Both have endless amounts of combos, animation cancels, and auto attack resets that can be used to maximize the potential of their kits.
Eh. Lb was one of thoes i instantly picked up
i would have to say
took the longest to get down

I wanna say azir is the hardest champion to master right now

pass the ball!
walks out of ball range as i press R

DRAAAAAAAAAVEN!
There is a reason he has the highest potential damage output of any ADC but still sees very little use.
Nunu
If we're actually talking skill ceiling, I'd say it's a tie between LB, TF, and Azir.

Because keeping soldiers on people and pulling off his insec while also staying safe is incredibly hard to accomplish.
Try keeping 3 axes up in a bot game. Now try again vs people. Now try again, but this time don't die.
Ult misses by half a second and you miss your target, ult misses by half its width and you just saved your target. Combine that with hard to hit double stun and his other 3 utility spells and he can do a lot for his team... or theirs.
When he comes out I'd consider Aurelion Sol too because positioning to hit multiple enemy champs in teamfights without endangering yourself will be quite challenging, especially since his only real escape is his ult.
I'm seeing a recurring misconception here. While overloaded kits are difficult to wrap your head around at first, it's procedural. Once you've got it, you've got it.
The hardest to play champions aren't champions that have initially complicated kits, if anything, they're the easiest because they have more answers and thus more reliable.
Champions that are difficult to play and master are the ones that are difficult to play effectively and reliably.
is one such example, where the use of his ultimate can make or break and how you use it differs in each unique scenario.
Personally for myself, leblanc seems simple, I mean, I don't play her, but shit, you do one thing, and I've never seen one not do well. Same for Syndra.
As for complete mechanical mastery,
, so many things to learn about his interactions, riven mains dont have shit on the versatility of his kit.
Some others are

Yasuo and Lee Sin are hard to master due to their mobility mechanics. An amazing Yasuo can do things that you wouldn't think are possible.
pretty crazy what you can do with these champs once you've gotten to a certain point

Zilean
I really have no Idea why
