How do i climb

im stuck and cant move i get ahead in my lanes and do well but i cant help these other lanes before they get out of hand i really dont know what i can do diffrently to get elo im willling to try anything im so annoyed of a bot lane getting a little behind and afking its happended to many times i dont know if im unlucky or what please if anyone who actually is able to climb can hook me up with advice im talking gold and higher im here to listen and learn please help me tell me what i do wrong AND what i can do to change it and become better

Make the plays/be the shotcaller/roam as much as you can/help your jgl with vision in the jgl/main 1 role/champion and keep trying!

what champs or role can i carry best from and be able to influence the whole team?

I got out of bronze with chogath mid xD people like to feed chogath ALOT and silver I spammed Vladimir because he can carry/very good at team fighting so all I had to do was tell my teammates to go in hard when I go in so my ult can go off hard, Main Mid and if you wanna roam a lot use twisted fate he has very good roaming
