What is he even? Im not sure if i should cry about tanks having too much dmg or brusers being too tanky. he is just hits too hard to be tank and waaaay too fat not to be one. just what is he?

I was playing against him as kennen, he healed more diving me than i dealt to him with R xD And just walks out of my turret with full hp
