@Riot, concerning ARAM

Why do people dodge in ARAM? to roll better champions right?

Why not Lock the champion you roll for the next whatever ARAM game you get into so there is no incentive to dodge, and instead offer 200 be "reroll" fee for rerolls if you do not have any reroll tokens?

this provides: a BE sink for those who's been here for a long time, allows for more healthy queue times in ARAM, and doesn't stop me from rolling into some other champion that isn't shen when i had shen last champ select and someone dodged

this could also apply to any AR mode
