Why does secondary support and fill always = support in dynamic queue?
Why even have a primary and secondary role when they are just going to fill whatever riot needs to create the matchup?

If you don't want a secondary role, don't take one. Easy as that.
It's the fact that I put primary jungle and secondary support and I never get jungle. Why even have a primary and secondary if its irrelevant.
I get my secondary at times... I don't really understand what you are trying to say. You primarily want to play Jungle, but if it's not available you will play support... Obviously Jungle is never available. Tough titties.
because you can play any two roles unless you role support, then you can only have support.
