Skarner Being Buffed

I've been starting to play in Co-Op vs. AI games. The more I play him, the more I notice he isn't played in-game. This is most likely due to his nerfs he has gotten over the years. I really enjoy him, but if anyone that likes like I do I believe he deserves a long awaited buff or even a rework if deemed necessary. Now I do know he does have a decent jungling role, but even then he lacks in this role as well in-game. I'd love to see this champion played a lot more as well as have a better success rate.

He doesn't need a buff. He DOES, however, need to be reworked... again...

I am a long time Skarner player, and I remember when he still had a slow on his Q. Skarner's current kit only works now because of the huge cc chain you can make all by yourself.

Land E for slow, Ult, proc stun, E again, proc stun.

Skarner's Q used to be his bread and butter skill, but it gains so little now from leveling that its better to just max E for a lower CD, bigger slow, and more proc damage on the stun. W comes next because the Shield/MS is essential to him fighting at all... Poor Q has fallen so far. It is nothing more than a glorified sheen proc'ing machine.

RIOT admitted a while back that they mislabeled Skarner when they called him a juggernaut, and also stated that he would get a rework in the future, but not a mini one like the class updates, but a full one.

Thanks for that. I just had a flashack of skarner from a couple years back. I jungled a couple times, but since then I've become a support main. I've been looking into other champs, their lanes and recently jungle like nocturne being as disgusting af.
