Do you want to nerf the jungle role by making the jungler harder, or nerf the jungle monsters so they are easier to clear?

I think they are going for Exp. Honestly IF i chose to NEVER gank and ONLY clear camps I would be 18 while everyone in lanes would be 14-15 THIS is the problem with the jg. They don't sacrifice anything to gank. Because the exp is so high and rubberbanding exp functions the way it does. This is why the jg is so strong. Unless they get an extremely slow start (dying before level 4) NO jg will be behind in game with half a brain.

Here's the problem with this; The Jungle needs those high exp values. As a jungle main. your going to have less CS then others on your team and have less reliable CS due to the spawn times on your camps. While initially your going to have more CS and XP then your lanes, that quickly evens out due to the re spawn times of the camps.

However, in lower elo's laners tend not to CS well, and therefore the jungle, with their ability to grantee CS because they don't have to compete with last hitting ends up putting them ahead of the laners. And, if you chose to never gank that could mean one of four things.

One, you are being a selfish prick.

Two, you are playing a jungler that can only gank with ultimate and this means you constantly farm in order to keep your gold fairly even with others that are getting kills and stuff.

Three, your lanes are doing really bad and you are trying to farm up for late game because you can see the game already going pear shaped.

Four, your lanes are absolutely crushing, and don't need your help at all.

In two of these scenarios, a team is building an advantage in which you need to farm in order to stay relevant. And in one of these senarios you are having to farm because otherwise you won't have the same type of gold or xp income that others are getting from being able to consistently get kills or assists. Basically, the jungle needs to have better XP growth per cs and more gold per cs compared to the lanes because of those reasons I mentioned.
