Intelligence mastery no longer have activated items CDR

SteelFangFox··1 votes·666 views

The new Masters came out and after looking at them and talking to my friends on ideas on what to do with them I realized there was no activated items CDR Mastery (Intelligence now only works on normal CDR). So am I being blind or did they take it out and if it is out why did they take it out?
