Hello fellow League of Legends players!
I need a little help. I've seen a bunch of people talking about the Hextech Crafting and all that, but I don't even know how to get that to appear on my LOL. Frankly, I'm a little embarrassed. But hopefully y'all can help me out.
How do I try and participate in the Hextech Crafting? It doesn't even appear on my LOLClient.

As far as I know the only place that has it as of now, is the Turkey servers since thats where its beta testing; its supposed to go live to all other servers simultaneously in the near future; theres even an exclusive skin for it on the PBE right now.

First question I can't answer since no one really knows (as far as I know anyway); 6.5 or 6.6 would be my most likely guess though
It would almost certainly come included with the patch since its just another feature being added to the client.
