Earning Rp with long chain-missions

hi i just have this idea if we can get Rp trough missions. but i'm not so greedy so it could be massive amount of random missions and each missions can give you some point and if you reach a specified Amount of points a major mission will be complete and you will earn a few RP (350 maybe). but i know that's gonna hurt RIOT a bit. so you can set the specified points to a number that every normal player can get 1 time in month and tryharders can manage to get 2.
