Teemo - Satan

Can we please just nerf teemo? Everyone agrees to it, and there is no reason to still have him that strong (or in the game). Every single game i play, there's a teemo that just sit's there at get kills. He doesn't even make sense, there is no way to build against him, and there is no way to bare a whole game with a teemo on the other team. Im sorry Riot, but making teemo is the worst mistake you've ever made. PLS, PLS, PLS nerf him.
