im glad that the CDR cap problem was solved by the runes- if you hit the cap, you still get a useful stat from extra CDR. but how about do something similar to champs that have no mana and just want to buy that frozen heart or abyssal mask, without sacrificing gold for the stat they have no use for?
They already have an inherent advantage of not having to be gated by mana so no they don't need even more advantage
i do have to agree with this to be honest. i often build trinity force on shyvana, and all of its stats are amazing for her (me personally anyways) but that 250 mana is useless on her, and it feels awkward being it left out. But with this being said, there are several champs that are manaless yes but each manaless champ have their own alternate form of a secondary bar, such as yasuos flow or gnars rage or shyvana's fury. with this being said, how would that mana replacement affect the ones with a unique secondary bar?
or at least decrease the items value slightly if they dont need mana so it's more "gold efficient."

My reasoning being that these manaless champs have already the advantage of not having to deal with mana management to sustain themselves. Besides, Akali would be one champ benefiting from this and I'd very much rather not see her getting a buff.
Something like +1-2% CDR for mana items. That would make trinity force +2.5-5% cdr.
i mean sure if they get 0.000000000000000000000000000000000001 exp per mana then sure i would be up to it
I think a rune like this would make manaless champions strong enough to get nerfs.
