It would be great to see the top 3 champs that people play when you go into champ selection. Just make them small highlight-able icons next to their champ selection. Only do it for people that have champs tier 4 or higher. It would be easy to see what champs people like to play regularly during champ select.

A Miss Fortune3 votesWould be interesting if everyone could see it, really getting level 4 - 5 isn't extremely difficult but it's also not very rewarding and doesn't feel like you've accomplished much and you have very little to show for it. Some people are interested about the Level 4 - 5 Emote but Riot only made it showed on the Ally team.
I think stuff like this could make Champion Mastery feel more worth it. There's a lot of things they can do like create Demotions/Decay, endless Levels, and let the enemy team see the stupid Level 5 Emote.

Sassmast3r2 votesI'm confused, would the team YOU'RE on be able to see it or both teams? Even if it was only the team that you are actually on, as Kile147 said, there are almost inevitably going to be banning assholes who will purposefully ban those types of champs (even though you couldn't ban all 12 champs that the other four people on your team play, still).
