How in the hell did I get a LVL 26 in my ranked placements?

how in the world does someone who is level 26 make it into ranked? he fed like crazy, made terrible engages, and because he was our top laner, everyone was up his ass in team fights. no one would communicate about not teamfighting. He would never push his lane. I had to leave mid to push out top and worst of all, he bought two deathcaps on Maokai....................FML i got robbed one of my placements to this shit.

Because op.gg is known to have inaccuracies, and because sites like these cannot be accurate, it should not be taken unquestionably in all circumstances.
