I am currently in Silver 5 and do not want to be demoted into Bronze because I want the Silver ranked players reward. My question is that are all players' ranks locked in even if they play and get promoted or demoted nothing will change?
Your ranked rewards were locked in as of nov 8th, so even if you managed to get demoted/promoted after that it wouldn't influence your rewards.
That said, ranked solo/duo isn't even available right now, and you have a separate rank for ranked flex. Your ranked flex rank doesn't even impact anything except very slightly where you get placed when the season actually starts anyway, so you can play relatively freely to try to learn the meta in ranked to have a slight edge when the season starts.
