2 suggestions about Quick Cast

I want to suggest some ideas about one-click Quick Cast customization feature - the lightning icon for each ability. ​ ​

1. It would be nice if we can save for each champion whether we use Normal Cast or Quick Cast for an ability. For example, I use Quick Cast for LeBlanc's all abilities and Normal Cast for Thresh's all abilities. It is quite troublesome to check/uncheck the lightning icon every time I play a different champion. I know Heroes of the Storm provides this feature, so why not the League? ​ ​
2. Transformable champions such as Elise and Jayce have different abilities according to their forms. It would be good if for a certain ability we can use Normal Cast in one form but Quick Cast in another form. For example, I have always thought that it would be great if I can use Jayce's Q with Normal Cast in the cannon form and Quick Cast in the hammer form. ​ ​ That is it. I believe these changes can satisfy me and a lot of other players :)​​
