Is she just too weak as a supp right now? or just hard according to the low winrate? I know winrate are not very good guidelines often but imo it often says how EASY the champ is.. I just learned to poke really well as janna.. Cause of her shield.. Lulu has a shield.. Lulu does even MORE dmg in lane.. Shouldnt i try out lulu and harras alot?
lulu is extremely weak as support right now, she gets outclassed and just straight up out cced. She can't do anything if the other teams leona pulls herself to the adc, if you polymorph her, the adc beats your adc's face in, if you try the adc, leona keeps chain ccing your adc. You just dont have enough raw dps while building tanky and hard cc. Thats why naut leona thresh and blitz are the popular supports right now
I like to endlessly poke the enemy with Lulu along with all the buffs and crowd control she gets, but I end up very quickly pissing off the enemy and then all five come down to quintuple flash/ult/ignite/exhaust me into oblivion. I haven't been able to play her in recent months, though, since the community lost its mind and relapsed into picking only AD assassins again, and I've been forced to be Braum exclusively again.
Support Lulu main here. Lulu is a fantastic support if played right. I have pushed many people out of bot with the constant poke she has, plus she is good in a fight as well. Lulu just isnt popular as a support as and I just checked and her winrate is almost right at 50% so i wouldnt call that low.
