Can riot just rework Pantheon already??

Like the title said, can riot just rework Pantheon? Reasons: -The champ's kit is beyond outdated -His numbers are just stupidly high -His lane is just Q to death, or he can just W, E, Q with 1 lethality item and your death.

Im not saying his kit is poor, is simple in a good way, but it still makes no sense a champ like Pantheon exist in league after 8 years and still having the same Kit. I really think they should prioritize his rework. Akali really needs a rework, but even comparing with Pantheon, she got some changes over time. But Pantheon got nothing.
