I'm looking to buy Ezreal or Draven? Who is better?

ATM, Draven. Ez's kit is diff than most adcs, so his "goodness" fluctuates a lot more though. He was one of the top adcs middle of last year, but then he can sink to being the worst for awhile. Draven always seems to have a solid place in the upper middle of the pack.

Well considering a Draven just built full defensive offensive items(because ADCs have those options) and literally missed his stand aside and just kept autoing me while I landed a full combo on him with ult as Katarina, and killed me while still having half health(with both of us being relatively fed), I'd say Draven. Whenever Draven's good he's oppressive, whenever he's not so good he's never terrible.
