20 percent win rate ranked. wtf is up with the match making

Don't know wtf is going on. 3 or 4 days ago I was plat 2 peeking at 70 something points. Now plat 4 18 points. Literally every game I am getting matched with players that are feeding their asses off from the first 5 min. They say to take a short break, that don't work at all im getting the same results every game. I have never had such a rapid decline in this game. Sure some one could say carry the game but to me riot seems to have gotten away from that aspect and has made this game into a to much of a team game where all it takes is 1 person to muck it all up for you. Besides as a adc main you cannot carry if you do not have the items to do so and communicating in solo q is a joke. Feel free to look at stats.
