Nidalee : Takedown & Swipe Animation **SERIOUS ISSUES**
Reason for concern: Nidalee is currently an extremely CLUNKY champion to use because of recent changes to her animation scripting, most notably her SWIPE and TAKEDOWN skills.
Takedown : sometime after patch 4.18 it seems that the point at which damage is applied when nidalee used Takedown was shifted to the very end of the animation, whereas it previously applied the damage somewhere in the middle of the animation. This has SUBSTANTIALLY IMPACTED the fluidity of her skill rotations and was NEVER MENTIONED in patch notes. It is harder to combo Takedown with Pounce, and it is very easy to cancel the takedown animation with skill usage or a mouse click after the animation starts, resulting in the damage not being applied (these are observations made using the same play style I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS with Nidalee).
Swipe: Similarly to Takedown, the point at which damage is applied during the skill animation was changed, and more frustratingly, there is now a delay in your ability to use Swipe after you Pounce. This makes it very easy for your opponent to simply walk away from you and avoid damage entirely after pouncing at them, and it makes Nidalee feel "Jerky/Clunky".
These two RECENT DEVELOPMENTS have combined to make Nidalee feel less fluid than she has been at any other point since I started playing her in 2009.
