What if Riot simply removed cloud drake?

Would it really be a problem? I'm sure Riot is a hell of a lot more creative than I am, but there is no real way to make a movespeed buff equivalent to the power of mountain, ocean, and infernal drakes without making it extremely high or tacking on additional effects to it. I think it's pretty well established that the three other drakes are worth fighting for the majority of the time and work with Riot's goal for increasing teamplay and action around neutral objectives. While obviously a team still wants to get cloud drakes since you need to kill a drake to spawn the next while increasing the power of the elder buff, it is not a neutral objective that any team really cares about, even while stacking them.

If it was removed, this will push the battle for neutral objectives further while both teams know the drake will always be something valuable. Along with all of this is the fact that quite a few people have expressed they are not a fan of the luck factor involved with whatever drakes spawn. It feels really bad knowing only any given game is probably going to have 3-4 drakes killed then there's 3 cloud drakes that just happen to spawn. While removing cloud drake does not solve the problem with the random drakes, but it would certainly be a good start.

Having four different types of drakes is cool and interesting, but not really when one is just sitting there for half the game and is really only seen as an elder buff enhancer. Riot is really big on making it so power is noticeable, so maybe they could simply change the cloud buff to be something like a burst of movement speed for the first couple seconds entering combat with a short cooldown, but if they don't have any real plans for it, I honestly wouldn't be opposed to simply removing it. What do you guys think about that?
