Suggestion for controlling Pings

I'm not going to write a damn essay for once. You should be able to ping once every 30-60 seconds. There is absolutely no reason to allow people to ping six times in a row. Pings are designed to be attention grabbing and hard to ignore, and it's super obnoxious that people can machine-gun ping constantly. Every time a team fight starts, every time we approach an unwarded bush, any time anything happens in an ARAM, PINGPINGPINGPINGPINGPING. Gaaaaaaah.
