game balance

i am experienced 30 loses in a row recently, in these 30 games, i can clearly say that no matter what i do, i cannot win this. my teammates are all afk after 1 death, also, most of these games are 0-20 at 15 minutes. i was enjoying the farming to enemy top, but the result is i lose and he wins while we both 0/0/0 at 15 minutes, can riot please fix the balance of the game. most of my friend duo with me, and state out the same problem, it is always a free lose when they duoing with me, not because of my skill, but my luck.
