Baron buff needs to be changed to Tear of Baron Item

When Baron dies, it drops one item called "Tear o f Baron" same concept as rift egg

This item lets you to swap one of your teammate with the one player from the other team

This way ranked games have a chance to get rid of 1-2 troll as well as having more mind game elements

Baron should have same buff for the professional game like LCS
