Fiddlesticks' Passive Sound is Annoying...

This is the first time I've ever noticed his passive sound in a game of League in ever out of the many games I played against Fiddlesticks and I have to say without a doubt that this is the most headache inducing sound interaction in the game. On a scale of how annoying this is, it's more annoying that Tristana's spam laugh because there is no choice in the matter of hearing it. You have to hear it no matter what, and it's very loud and very distracting from the game. Since most of the annoying sounds have been removed from the game now, this one stands out like a sore thumb now and needs to be fixed to be less annoying as soon as possible.
