Ability to turn one hextech exclusive skin into another

Would riot ever add the ability to say change hextech annie into dreadnova darius or soulstealer vayne or vice versa IF you already own that skin. When you think about it its unlucky and very annoying(as its happened to me) for the people that spent a lot of money on chests just to get a hextech exclusive skin they already own so riot should give that player the ability to do something with that skin other than putting it down the drain for some orange essence. Even turning it into like 5 gemstones would be reasonable.
