Remove fizz

Agreed, remove Fizz and add pre-rework Fizz :]

remove his invuln and hes balanced

Fizz is extremely easy to lane against with any ranged mid with cc. Just ward river so he can't roam and he'll be useless for a large part of the game.

Fizz is probably one of the most balanced assassins out there right now. He has an extremely weak laning phase, is easily punished, and has a delay on almost everything he does.
